About my business: I founded Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Phoenician Properties in 2001 on the basis of building a real estate company where people share ideas, support one another and strive for success in a team-oriented environment.  I provide the highest level of service to my clients; I have created a positive work environment for the company's team of Realtors. I personally have been responsible for thousands closings for our clients including the negotiation and releses of Short Sales, as well as Bank Owned Properties (REO).  
 
True Mortgage is our in-house lender established in 2005. True Mortgage is available for all your financing needs. 
 
What I've learned in business: At any given time, things can change; if you are flexible and ready to adapt, it can be very exciting and ultimately breed success.
 
Goals: Expanding my business by one satisfied client at a time.
 
Affiliations and volunteer work: I have been director of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. I have also been a member of Scottsdale Better Business Bureau and a sponsor of the the Arcadia/Camelback Tour. I also have done  volunteer work with Power Paws Assistance Dogs. We also have raised money for Phoenix Childrens Hospital and The Phoenix Rescue Mission.
